I’m a postpartum doula and mom and I created this course after walking alongside families in the early weeks postpartum and seeing the same thing over and over: parents who felt confident going into birth, but unsure once they were home.

This course is my way of offering the guidance, reassurance, and steadiness I wish every family had access to before they’re already in the thick of it.
