Virtual Packages

**Note: Feeding support is always included no matter if you’re breastfeeding, pumping, using formula, or combo-feeding. As a trained lactation specialist, I can support you with latch and positioning (virtually!), supply questions, pumping plans, flange sizing, bottle transitions, and more. I’ll always refer out to an IBCLC if hands-on clinical care is needed.

These virtual care options offer gentle guidance, encouragement, and structure without bursting the "newborn bubble".

These virtual options are also available at any point during your baby's first year of life to help with regressions, transitions, and anything else that first transformative year can throw your way.

Sessions are held via zoom or facetime, with voice/text support available in multi-session packages.

The Session -$35

A one-time session for focused support

Perfect for a quick reset, troubleshooting, or discussing what's on your heart.

• 1 virtual session (1 hour)

• Personalized guidance on feeding, rhythm, emotional wellness, postpartum planning, and more

In-Person Packages

Grounded, nurturing care for the early weeks of motherhood.

Each package blends hands-on presence with emotional support and friendly guidance that is designed to help you feel held, seen, and equipped.

In-person sessions (for local families) are offered with limited availibility. I currently only take on one in-person client at a time. I do not attend births or offer overnight care at this moment.

The Nesting Package - $350 (3 weeks)

Gentle support for your early postpartum days

Perfect for the mama who wants a soft landing and a little help getting started

Includes:

• 2 in-person visits (3 hours)

• Weekly virtual check-ins

• 3 weeks of text/voice note support

• Support with feeding, baby care, rhythms, and emotional processing

• Optional Meal-Train Setup

• Light tidying and a ready-to-heat meal from a local restaurant brought to each in-person visit

The Cradle Package - $800 (8 weeks)
